25.01.2022 Hi folks. There seems to be some confusion about booking times for 2021 strings auditions. We are astonished by the number of applicants, but please be vigilant to book your audition on our available dates. Audition dates are 30th November and 7th December only. Please choose your correct date and then an available time. Cheers.
23.01.2022 HERE WE GO FOLKS!!! We have the all clear from the venues to recommence activities. We are starting this Thursday 16th July with MYCE at Undurba. Strings start next Monday 20th July at Narangba community hall. Please look out for all the details from managers and the newsletter.... All detail will also be on the "Whats On" page on the website shortly. WELCOME BACK!!

13.01.2022 Hi Folks!! Great to see MYCE back tonight at rehearsal!! Please note that MYSO and Junior Strings are rehearsing simultaneously at Narangba Community Hall, Mackie Road, Narangba from 4.00p.m. from Monday 20th July. We need someone who would like to volunteer as Junior Strings manager. This is a mentored role. You WILL be supported in this role, as are all other roles in the organisation. Yes COVID has thrown down some challenges, but the role is not too difficult other than that. Please express your expression of interest to [email protected]. Lets make our organisation flourish, and we encourage you to share our brand of tuition. Welcome back everyone!!!

With the Queensland government announcing new 10 person limits on gatherings, we have spoken with the management at Watson Park and resolved that WE ARE EXEMPT as we have an industry approved COVID plan in place. The workshops will continue as planned pending further notifications from Queensland government. Thanks.

02.01.2022 Hi folks. Well our All groups end of year concert is a major attraction yet again. We have opened 30 more tickets for each concert so nobody misses out. Please be aware you may have to stand for COVID requirements, but we would rather you witness our fantastic musicians. Ticket sales close at 11.00 a.m tomorrow so we may get to the show on time.
