02.01.2022 Progress at the Sacred Heart College site with slab preparation nearly completed

01.01.2022 If you've passed through the drop-off zone over the past fortnight you will have seen the standing of our new college entrance canopy which more recently also h...ad its roof lifted into place. I'm not sure which was more rewarding, seeing that structure take shape, or the priceless wows and endless amazement from some of our School of Wonder children watching it happen just over their playground fence. Our works schedule remains on track with plastering nearing completion, the painters are following on their heels, and all at the same time whilst joinery is being installed, floor coverings have commenced, tiling is a long way into its job, and the electricians and refrigeration team continue to fit-off the areas as they are completed. In the coming fortnight we will see more of the same as some of the trades start to wrap up their parts of our construction project, along with landscapers and concreters turning their focus to the indoor and outdoor landscaping and play spaces. Hopefully car park lighting installation is not too far away and we can't wait to see the entrance signage to go up on the canopy. There's still lots ahead of us, but we have achieved much to date and we can't be happier with the entire team led by Lachie and Moretto Building. -David Villani College Business Manager

01.01.2022 From start to finish ..... The Entrance Canopy has certainly captured the eye during its construction. Fielders from Adelaide rolled the 33 metre Aramax sheets in preparation for assembly. Quicklift did a fantastic job craning the support structures and the sheeting . Just abit of landscaping to finish off an impressive design .
