18.01.2022 This can’t be good for our future generation wanting to purchase a small farm. In 1969 there were around 16,000 grain growers in WA. In 2000 there were approx 10,000 registered with CBH. We now have less than 3,700. Rabo’s prediction is 500 farmers remaining by 2040

07.01.2022 Well there is a lot going on in the world at the moment and its pretty worrying. We are all taking it very serious here and doing our bit to self isolate. We are a little bit better off than some, our industry involves not a of socialising, coffee shops ect. We can still carry on our daily activities including working without a lot of restrictions. I feel for those that are not as fortunate. Hoping things turn for the better soon. I’ve decided it’s a good opportunity to catc...h up on some long over due book work so I’ve confined myself to the office !!! This is going to last about 10 minutes !!!! Grrrr.
