21.01.2022 Another happy customer we found this note while cleaning the room. Motel owners we have travelled 7.000km to Darwin and back, your motel is the cleanest we have stayed in by far, very comfortable. Thank you Helen
20.01.2022 Wouldnt it be great to get out of the house for a day or two as weve all been cooped up for so long and go somewhere just as quiet but much more beautiful and scerene why not discover the Riverland. At Morgan Colonial Motel we have decided to have a weekend special as thats when most of you will be able to get away. For the end of May and for the whole month of June including the public holiday we are offering a special, if you stay for 2 nights you will get the 3rd free. Or if you stay 1 night you get the 2nd af half price. We are doing everything to ensure your health and safety is of top priority so if you would like to come and visit we would love to see you. 17.01.2022 All non essential travel has been lifted in South Australia as of today thanks to our state minister Steven Marshall. Our next steps in our states recovery start today and Im shure with everyones help we will continue to get through this. At Morgan Colonial Motel we will be strictly following all state and federal government COVID 19 restrictions and cleaning requirements as your health and well-being is our top priority.

12.01.2022 Hello to all our valued facebook friends as much as we value your loyalty, with this awful Corona Virus going on we are only open to essential travel which basically means workers needing to travel for work purposes. So please be patient and wait this out at home I know many of you want to travel for Easter but I cant stress this enough please stay at home. Our beautiful town has no medical facilities or a hospital and has many vulnerable residents so I cant stress this en...ough please stay at home. Once this is all over with we would love nothing better than for you to come and visit our beautiful town and support or business as when this is all over we will all need it greatly but please remember everyones health comes first so please rember we are all in this together. Until we see you in the future when ever that may be please stay safe, happy and try not to stress this will all end eventually. See more

For thoes who dont know Ski for Life is a an anual event to raise awareness and in taking action in promoting mental health, wellbeing & suicide prevention. The competitors will ski a total of 450km in 3 days calling into communities along the way. So if you would like to donate, participate or simply have a chat to someone please come down to Morgan Riverfront on March 6th where there will be plenty of action
10.01.2022 Why not come down to the Riverfront on Sunday for the Dubs By The River 2019 annual get together. Dubs by the river is when the VW car enthusiasts get together and enjoy a big picnic BBQ whilst showcasing their display of vehicles. Starting from 9.30 till 4.30 see you there!

03.01.2022 We all know that the farming community need our help now more than ever, why must they suffer in silence. In a typical year over 2300 people will die by suicide while families, friends and communities feel the ripple effect of these tragedies. Murray River Jet Ski is aiming to create a positive impact to families and communities in the Murray River Region as they pass along the River, starting in Albury and finishing in Goowla this amazing team hope to raise $50.000 to help people struggling with depression. Lets get behind this amazing team get to their goal of $50,000 as they stop in Morgan on the 13th December this year.
