01.01.2022 PLEASE READ: changing rules for covid19. Temperature check on arrival. Recently we had someone visit us that was extremely unwell. Unfortunately we didn’t realise this until she was finished with our junior at the basin. A major failure on my behalf. This resulted in a very dear client leaving panicked with wet hair (she suffers from an immune disease) and also leaving a brand new Mum extremely uncomfortable. We also have someone in our team that suffers from an autoimmune d...isease who can not afford to become unwell. Even though I think it’s pretty clear to most that we should be respectful of others especially during this time, we will now be taking your temperature on arrival and asking you to fill out a quick form. If you are unwell, we will be rescheduling your appointment.
