23.01.2022 5 Step Plan To Prepare yourself for Covid 19 with Morganics! We can only control what is in our control!! None of us have faced life like we are now, it is scar...y and creating fear across the planet. Fear brings the worst out in people and we are experiencing some very ugly traits amongst some. I am amazed that in the matter of a few weeks how attitudes can change. I was brought to tears whilst experiencing the compassion and kindness of the people supporting the bushfires freely giving anything they can to help. A few weeks later people are fighting in supermarkets over bloody toilet rolls! So what that shows me is that we can be compassionate if it is not actually affecting us, How Sad! We are all in this together, with the same emotions of the unknown. Coronavirus is a perfect example to show how things multiply with the right environment and host. Let us use this philosophy to our advantage and spread KINDNESS and LOVE across the planet, let's look after each other. When the going gets tough the tough get going, and 1 huge rock is a lot tougher than a million tiny pebbles bashing up against each other. L x Here are 5 tips to help with our current climate. 1.Boost your Immune System: with Vit C, D, Probiotics. Both POWER RESTORE and ULTIMATE GREENS will promote a healthy immune system. The shelves will be restocked and if you have a car you can return. This may reduce your chance of getting the virus. Not only will it give you a mental lift but will also bring fresher air into your lungs. 5.Get Adequate Sleep: Sleep deprivation raises the hormone cortisol which suppresses your immune functions when elevated.

02.01.2022 Morganics Fitness is taking precautions to keep all clients safe against Covid-19. Bootcamps will no longer share equipment or boxing gloves. We will train 1.5 metres apart, if there are too many people on the stage for this we will be training in the park. Any individual equipment used will be cleaned with disenfectant wipes, and sanitizer will be at hand. Exercise is so important to promote a healthy immune system, relieve stress and accelerate all the feel good hormones. ...The Morganics Family are an amazing community which in this current situation is so important.
