03.01.2022 Manners Matter. We have a funny story for you all. Yesterday at 4pm a gentlemen rang, in a real rush needing something printed urgently, we do not usually do jobs like what he needed but could tell he really needed a helping hand. We waited for the file, followed up with a phone call, then waited some more, followed up with a text message. If you are a counting person so far that is three communication touch points. We printed what was needed on super high quality paper, the gentlemen arrived, thanked Tony so much, commented on how it is hard to find good printers paid the $25 (yep only $25!!!!) and left. 10 mins later he sent the text in the second slide to Tony. We stand by what’s on our wall, and we know our worth - then we add tax.
