09.01.2022 OLD & NEW CLIENTS, EVERYONE PLEASE READ All appointments are to be made through my Facebook page Morgan Slater Makeup & Beauty. No messages through my personal Facebook, Instagram DM's or Snapchat will be replied to, this keeps me from mixing things up and ensures I will see your messages. ... Your appointment is your responsibility. Cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time, failing to notify me before this time, results in a cancellation fee which must be paid at the time of cancellation. Same policy applies for not showing up to appoinments. (Please also be aware that if you cancel I may or may not have another time free to fit you in) If you are running late PLEASE let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and fee will be charged as I have back to back appointments and affects my other clients' bookings. LASHES Please come eye makeup free with clean lashes. It's advised you shower prior to your appointment as you can't get your fresh lashes wet 24 post appointment. If you have makeup on at your appointment, there is no guarantee on your lash retention Please do not put mascara or false lashes on your lashes! If you have false lash glue on your extensions I will need to remove them and do a full set, at full price. The glue prevents me from being able to properly seperate your extensions and is extremely damaging to your natural lashes MAKEUP Please come with no makeup on as this wastes time me cleaning it off during your appointment. Please bring a photo for inspo of what you want me to do. Ensure you have not had any waxing done 24 hours prior to your appointment, as makeup will not stick and your pores will be open and may result in infection. BOOKING POLICIES Your booking is not secured until you've paid your deposit, it is non refundable or transferable; the deposit is only valid for the date and time you've given me, if you need to change you'll need to pay a second deposit. Deposit / booking fee is required for all bookings Deposit / booking fee is non-refundable Deposit / booking fee is for the TIME & DATE you have originally booked, rescheduling the appointment your deposit is forfeited and a new one will need to be paid with the new booking No shows - 100% fees charged If you are running late, that time will be taken out of your appointment. Any more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be automatically cancelled & 100% fees charged For appointments outside of regular trading hours, a 15% surcharge applies to the service price.
