Due to the recent break-in and loss of thousands of $ worth of essential equipment, the preschool is holding a comedy night at the Modewarre Cricket Club on FRIDAY 11th of October. Although you may have already realised the orientation dates and times are correct BUT THE START DATE IS 7th FEBRUARY,... Not 7th January. Please note that waiting lists are NOW IN PLACE for 3 year olds and we are close to capacity for 4year olds... Selections may take place in accordance to government policy. ANY expressions of interest coming in will automatically go on a waiting list. We appreciate your support and cannot wait to have you all on board

05.01.2022 Hello Moriac Community We will be undergoing some work on the amphitheatre over the break (January) We have a significant cost involved. We can help bring costs down if we have some handy people (hubbies) to help dismantle and assemble and work on the garden bed removal for disability access.... It’s an immediate concern for upgrade If any community members may be available to put in a couple of hours to help our labourer that would be appreciated. Please contact the kinder via PM for more information or to express your availability to help

04.01.2022 Nestled away in Moriac, a beautiful rural kinder with experienced and dedicated staff, Moriac PreSchool is currently accepting Online Expressions of Interest for enrolments in 2021 Wait lists may apply. 3yr old kinder is almost at capacity.. PLEASE NOTE: this process must be done every year. Even if your child currently attends the service, if you intend to send them the next year you need to fill this out again please ... Please get them in ASAP as positions will be offered according to priority of access. As a guide this includes first offers for those who most need it, next is siblings of current/ previous family, location, and then based on when your application was received. So it’s very important. 03.01.2022 What a fantastic turn out for our Easter Egg hunt fundraiser yesterday at Ravens Creek Farm! Great weather, great coffee and the kids had a ball hunting around the farm. A huge shout out to our kinder families for egg donations, Ravens Creek Farm for the venue and Anglesea, Winchelsea and Lorne Community Bank Branches for sponsoring our event.

02.01.2022 Huge shout out to all the volunteers who came to the working bee and to Brent Kahle Louise Kahle who has done an amazing job rebuilding the ampitheatre for us over the last week. It looks fantastic! And a MASSIVE thank you to Bendigo bank for the community grant to pay for the upgrade. Without their support many projects would go without. So don’t forget to support our local community bank so they can continue to support us and other community groups Thank you everyone for your amazing support

01.01.2022 What a wonderful little experiment to show your children how important hand washing is At Moriac Pre-school we are dedicated to maintaining high standards of hygiene. With our children regularly being supported through proper hand washing procedures and implementing increased hand washing as necessary. Help us to help support your children by supporting your gorgeous children to wash their hands.... Remember 20-30 seconds of a soapy hand wash is far more effective at preventing and removing any germs than Any hospital grade hand sanitiser. Sanitiser is for when we DO NOT have soap and water and is not recommended for ongoing use.
