25.01.2022 Blood pressure -many claims have been made about moringa reducing blood pressure . I personally put it to test with my personal doctor very sceptical . I have taken coversal blood pressure tablets for years with little results in reducing blood pressure. It runs in the family for some unknown reason and has caused severe health problems . I went cold turkey on coversal and stopped taking it period . I reverted to drinking moringa tea every morning for 3 months . The first b...lood pressure test revealed a drop of 10 points . A second test last week revealed a further drop of 10 points . Monica Marcu is right ,moringa works . The doctor also did urine tests and could find nothing wrong . The sceptic is still sceptical and is suggesting another test in a month on allied problems also showing improved counts . No doubt he will be anxious as me to see further improvements .
