Thanks to you guys, we raised over $670 through our raffle and sausage sizzle!! These funds will go towards supporting families, preventing and researching for the Cancer Council. We want to change that, and we need your help. Knowing that every cuppa will make a difference to those impacted by cancer, is sure to make your morning tea a tea-riffic time! HOW THE FUNDS ARE USED: Thank you to the generous morning tea hosts and donors. Here’s how, together, we were able to make a difference for people impacted by cancer last year: 2,000,000 little Aussies protected across the country from harmful UV rays through the SunSmart school program, reducing their risk of cancer in the future. Almost $62.9 million invested in research across Australia along with research partners, making the Cancer Council the largest non-government funder of research in the country. The Cancer Council services were used almost 250,000 times by Australians affected by cancer, providing vital support when they need it most and making every stage of their cancer journey easier.
