17.01.2022 The government has announced its intention to close the Child Dental Benefits Schedule from 1 July 2016. Treatment after 30th June will no longer be claimable through Medicare. This is a wonderful international upcycling and recycling organisation that converts certain waste material into NEW useable products (eg. park benches, bins etc.) that can be used in our society. If you have any of the following products, please feel free to bring them in for us to RECYCLE!!! 1. Oral health product containers: toothpaste tube and cap, toothbrush, toothbrush and toothpaste outer packaging..., floss containers 2. Cleaning product containers: pumps, laundry container taps, beauty product tubes, facial wipes packaging, dish tabs plastic bag 3. Mailing Satchels: prepaid satchels, padded mailing bags For EVERY piece of waste that we are able to recycle, Terracycle is donating funds to our chosen charity. We at Morningside 621 Dental, have chosen to donate to the Tzu Chi Organisation. This is a charity that our clinic has been actively involved in, this includes bi-annual participation of dental fairs where we help free dental treatment for the homeless and refugees and the annual visit during the Easter break to Tara to provide voluntary dental treatment to the community.
