19.01.2022 MORNINGSIDE PANTHERS AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL CLUB SENIOR WOMEN’S COACHES (QFAW DIV1 & DIV2) Morningside Panthers AFC is seeking coaching staff to support our QFAW Division 1 and Division 2 senior women’s teams for the 2021 season Following the success of our inaugural women’s team taking out the QFAW Div 2 premiership in 2018, the women’s football program at Morningside Panthers AFC has gone from strength to strength in terms of player numbers and quality of football played. We f...ielded QFAW Div 1 and Div 2 teams in 2020, both of which made finals. Morningside Panthers AFC has a proud ‘one club’ philosophy with a close relationship between QAFL senior men’s teams, women’s teams and youth football. The coaching group is well supported by a senior football committee with extensive collective experience in senior football. We are seeking people passionate about women’s football who want to be part of a great club culture. The applicant will work collaboratively with players, coaches and club officials to uphold our club values and implement our vision and be responsible for the development and implementation of training and game plans through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. Desirable criteria: Level 1 coaching accreditation or above or the willingness to obtain prior to season commencement Available for two training nights and Saturday games A passion for developing players at all levels Ability to attract and retain quality support staff and players Effective communication, collaboration and negotiation skills A commitment to community football and the promotion of a positive ‘one club’ culture.
