23.01.2022 Well done Cate Faehrmann for speaking out for our koalas and for ensuring this ridiculous bill was scrapped. Let’s ensure we see actual environmental protection in 2021!

10.01.2022 Koalas are out of lockdown and venturing all over the Peninsula at the moment. This adventurous one was spotted near the Fingal Bushland Reserve a few days ago. Quite far south for a Peninsula koala and amongst pine trees. #koalas #saveourkoalas #australia #koalaconservation #wildlife #morningtonpeninsula #mornpenbiodiversity #backyardbiodiversity

10.01.2022 Great video, great people. Trust for Nature Koala habitat requires protection on the Mornington Peninsula

09.01.2022 Beware of this. Yes, money for koala population research is welcome. Money for koala heath is welcome. Money for revegetation is welcome. But there's nothing he...re for protecting koala habitat. This is the same Minister that has approved Brandy Hill Quarry to destroy 52ha of koala habitat. This is a smokescreen. The money will dribble through over several years. The research will take many years. This government will use this to avoid making decisions until the results come through. If your group can get your hands on some of this money, great. Go for it. But don't think this is a win. The fight goes on.

06.01.2022 Drive carefully everyone!

05.01.2022 Koala Tree give away continues!!! We still have a number of Eucs available for collection for planting on your property to help create habitat for Koalas. If yo...u live in Mount Eliza, we encourage you to plant these important trees as the rate of trees getting cut down in that area is increasing, and we need to replace as many of them as we can. Please feel free to drop into the nursery Mon-Fri 8-3, or Saturday 9-3 @ 52 Westernport Hwy, Somerville. #loveyourhabitat #habitatgarden #createhabitat #gardenforwildlife #sustainablegardening #wildlifegarden #plantindigenous #indigenousgardening #mornpenflora #wildflowers #localwildflowers See more
