17.01.2022 With 2017 at an end, and all students having graduated. It is now time to commence 2018 at a different venue. I have a purposely built outdoor area at my home, which will cater for all facets of training. More 1 on 1 training will be the focus. As before, both street self defence and or gradable Martial arts will be offered. Call for available training times. All the best!

13.01.2022 A number of FB members have asked for an update. As the weather is cooling down here in Victoria, that means one needs to train harder to keep warm. We have had a terrible influx of personal attacks recently, with crime on the rise. My advise is to be alert, be aware of one's surroundings. It is imperative that we have a degree confidence when stepping out. It is without question that an assailant fears being hurt themselves, therefore he / she (the assailant) directs their attention to a person that shows any form of weakness. Don't be that person! Walk strong. And please remember "it is a beautiful world", there are just a few horrible people in it.
