15.01.2022 With the latest stage 4 restrictions being announced yesterday, we wanted to let you know we are still open. We are deemed an essential service with strict hygiene and safety practices in place. Once the Department of Health releases its guidelines this morning, we will continue to keep you abreast on any implications.

14.01.2022 Our Physiotherapy & Pilates clinics are still OPEN. Its vital our doors stay open so we can keep injured people away from the doctors and hopsitals who are dealing with the ill. Please call or book online to make bookings.

12.01.2022 Mornington Clinic is open for all your physiotherapy needs including strength & conditioning sessions and 1 on 1 clinical exercise. Pilates classes are still running with social distancing rules in place. Our physiotherapists can do Home Visits, Telehealth consults or even Home Based Exercise Programs.... Call our helpful reception staff to talk you through the options available.

In the event you are pulled over by police, please use your SMS appointment reminder as a travel permit.... We look forward to continuing to look after your health during the next 6 weeks
