13.01.2022 Hi All Hope everyone is staying fit and well, it is not yet clear as to where we are in terms of returning to real training in Judo. Excerpt from DHHS.vic.gov.au website: "Can martial arts be practiced? From 11:59pm on 21 June , and in line with the up-to-date advice of the Chief Health Officer, you will be able to practice martial arts including judo, karate and taekwondo indoors, if you are in a group of no more than 10 people and the four square metre rule is met. Particip...ants must remain at least 1.5 metres apart so training must be modified. Activity should be training only, no competition, and in line with the limits on gatherings." This will make for interesting training sessions. We will look to start senior training, of some form, from 22nd June. Will update details as we get closer. Junior training will be dependant on Government restrictions but hopefully we will start in Term 3 at some point. (Post 12/7/2020). Stay safe. David and Steve

04.01.2022 Hi everyone, Well, just when you thought it was safe to come back to Judo, bam, another lockdown. As you've probably guessed there's no training at the moment but hopefully we will be able to commence training again on Monday 24th Aug. This will give us a 4 week term which, all going well, we may then continue into the school holidays. Hope everyone's keeping well and hopefully I'm still taller than some of the kids when we return. Keep safe Stephen and Dave.
