22.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS FOR MORPHETT VALE CRICKET CLUB 14th NOVEMBER AFTER GAME CELEBRATION We are going to be using our NEW pitch for game that is on the 7th and 14th No...vember and to celebrate we would love ALL PLAYERS, YOUR FAMILIES and PARTNERS, PAST PLAYERS, SPONSORS, SUPPORTERS and FRIENDS back to the club for after game celebrations. 21.01.2022 IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE BELOW Hi All Michael has put this on the Facebook page in response to the Government of SA today cancelling all sport training and fixtures.... At this stage it is for 2 weeks so no Round 5 and No T20s tomorrow night and next Tuesday. Round 5 will be a draw. The Tuesday Night schedule is very full and it is likely the T20s will also be draws. The Adelaide and Suburban Cricket Association Executive wish to advise that in accordance with the Direction from SA Government that has been made this afternoon (Tuesday 16th Nov) ALL ASCA Matches are Temporarily Cancelled. This announcement has been made for a period of Two Weeks at this point in time. The Government has also advised that ALL Indoor & Outdoor Trainings are Temporarily Cancelled for a period of Two Weeks. While this is a disappointing outcome for everyone, it is vital that we rally together and abide by these Government Restrictions. 09.01.2022 Hi all, Well 2020 has been a different year and it is finishing the same way it started, definately looking forward to 2021 After a great weekend of music, sport and friends - we find ourselves faced with our next challenge and we will get through this one like every other one - together.... We are about to head into a period of isolation for our members, players, supporters and their families. Please everyone look after yourselves, and do not hesitate to reach out to others within our club, by phone, SMS, messenger etc. Please ensure that we continue to stay connected as a club and friends during this time. Please stay safe, hopefully all this is out of the way soon so that our teams can start playing cricket again and life can get back to some sort of normality. It is important though please remember the following - If you are personally struggling at anytime - reach out, either to someone you trust within or outside the club, or other available services such as Beyond Blue (1300 22 - you arent alone.
