18.01.2022 Stage 1 of a new spec tenancy at the newly developed 21 Harris Street has been completed for ARA Asset Management. Morphos carried out the soft fit-out of the space as part of a two stage approach, aimed at maximising the vacant tenancies market exposure, while leaving room for flexibility in the final design to accommodate the more specific needs of the incoming tenant.

The project included construction of an interconnecting staircase to ease movement for staff across the office, as well as reconfiguration of our previous fit out to accomodate their growing workforce.... #MayTheFourthBeWithYou #StarWars
