11.01.2022 Congratulations! Bat Girl has an offer accepted and she is now in a position to seek formal approval with her home loan lender. Contracts are typically 35-42 days so the end of January is looking likely for the big move. This time of the year is super busy and lenders are often behind in their normal service time frames. It can be very stressful to remain in queue but worth the wait when you get the keys to your new home.
