14.01.2022 2020 has been a challenging year for so many. A global pandemic, COVID-19, saw us helping so many of our existing customers find solutions to manage their home loans while their income was impacted. While restrictions were brought in to manage the spread of the virus we adapted our business model and moved our office to work remotely from our homes so we could continue to assist our customers. When the schools closed we home schooled while we continued to work. ... Lenders service levels were severely impacted. The RBA cash rate hit is lowest mark ever. I personally moved house and changed schools for our kids. We are so thankful to have ended the year overwhelmingly busy assisting so many clients to achieve their goals.
