22.01.2022 here is a summary of the most up to date information that we have so far on the various grants that are available. Please keep in mind that we are still waiting for the state governments to confirm the timing of the $25k grant, which makes a very big difference to when you can use this money. https://www.huntergalloway.com.au/homebuilder/

20.01.2022 Just a quick recap on the government benefits that are currently available: -QLD FHOG $15,000 (state gov), First Home Buyers and construction only -FHLDS 5% deposit, no LMI (federal gov), First Home Buyers only, can be existing or new homes... -Home Builder $25,000 (federal gov), available to everyone who is doing a construction or renovation. price caps apply. These schemes can all be used together, as long as you meet all the criteria.
