With many loan rates at an all time low, we need to be aware of Advertised Rates vs. the Annualised Average Percentage Rate (AAPR). The AAPR is the true cost of the proposed loan based on (among other factors) a specific loan amount and term; factoring the initial and reverting interest rates as well as the establishment and ongoing loan costs. The intention of the AAPR is to make it easie...r for consumers to accurately compare one product against another as opposed to purely comparing the lenders advertised rates. 10.01.2022 A client story: James and Carla loved the Brisbane bayside suburb where they lived and didnt want to move, but the present house just wasnt working any more. The home was to small, ageing and didnt have the features that were so badly needed in todays world. Solution knock the old house down and build the house that has just what they need.... Mortgage World showed the options, along with the possible roadblocks and how to address them so they wont become show stoppers. We worked and guided James and Carla every step of the way which gave a journey of a positive experience. Weve all heard the horror stories when things go wrong, but this is a story of how well things have gone right all due to having a professional input. To show the level of commitment that Mortgage World gave to James and Carla. Gary was away on break, and to solve an arising issue rang the lender to clarify and then the client so all continued smoothly. Whats so special about that, well Gary was on a ship in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Now thats commitment to the client. As you can see in the photo the great news is James and Carla have started their build, the old house is gone.
