25.01.2022 WE ARE HIRING We are seeking two highly energetic staff with an eye for detail. 1. Kitchen hand to assist senior cooks. Must have some previous experience in a commercial kitchen. Must be able to assist in plating and food preparation and understand the growing menu, take orders and serve customers. Barista training available. 1. Front of house. Take orders, serve customers and be familiar with covid proceedures. Commencement would be as casual during trail with permanent for suitable applicant. Minimum 15 hours per week with some week end work. Immediate start. Resumes a must and be received in person.

14.01.2022 WE ARE GETTING SERIOUS We are preparing a set of new dishes in preparation for our re opening of sit down area. At this time, take away only. To all our burger and steak followers, have a close look of this dish. This is equivalent to a porterhouse steak (250gram) sliced extra thin to allow greater absorption of our thick gravy and ease of eating, on fresh tomato and finely diced iceberg lettuce in a turkish roll.

Plenty of everything- tomatoes,potatoes (large and washed, red and white), red and green capsicum,beetroot, oranges,peppers(range),cauliflowers, celery,red and brown onions, carrots loose and bagged,and more. Also as a result of stock management we still have a full pasta range, canned goods, sugar, toothpaste and the like. Aldo's Olives operators Alex and Margaret produce a range of tasty olives infused with chilli or garlic along with a range of infused olive oils. These olives have been especially sourced for our new range of focaccias. I recommend you try the new Mediterranean focaccia. Aldo's Olives are available from our shelves and feature through our menu.
