You don't pay tax on cash flow boost amounts as they're non-assessable non-exempt income. 2. You're still entitled to a deduction for the payments made to your workers provided you have complied with the pay as you go (PAYG) withholding and reporting obligations for that payment. 3. Labelled the ‘Economic Recovery Plan for Australia’, the budget will fast track income tax relief, implement a $74 billion ‘JobMaker Plan’ and provide additional funding to researching, testing and treating COVID-19. 02.01.2022 A reminder to all businesses receiving JobKeeper payments: you have until the 14th October to make your monthly declaration for payments. Remember, September is the last month you can claim $1,500 per JobKeeper fortnight for your eligible employees.
