19.01.2022 YOGA for Swim Squad members at Moruya (included in squad fees) Swimmers attending squads on Tuesdays are invited to attend Yoga on the same day at either 3:45pm - 4:30pm ... or 5:00pm - 5:45pm Swimmers must attend their regular session on a Tuesday to be eligible to participate. This program is designed for developing swimmers to assist in developing body awareness, improved breath coordination, improve range of motion and mobility, lengthen muscles and prevent injury. 15.01.2022 Over the weekend our two amazing coaches Lachlan and Riley attended a Development coaching workshop (formerly Bronze) in Sydney as part of their Development accreditation. The pair spent the day honing their skills as coaches and are now able to further provide our swimmers with aspects of coaching such as technical and tactical development, goal setting whilst promoting a fun and safe learning environment. The boys had a great time adding an abundance of knowledge to share ...across their squad. We are extremely proud of both Lachlan and Riley's dedication and commitment to their development and swimmers and are extremely grateful to have them as apart of our Community Aquatics team. There will not be a written COVID-19 sign-in sheet. ... This is a new NSW HEALTH Government directive. We are working on a way to assist those without a mobile phone.
