25.01.2022 Today’s Sunday Sssh is going to be a big one! Awesome 3 piece local band TOO SLOW JOE are coming in for a chilled, acoustic, original fun afternoon of live music outside by the river. We have pushed it back a little to 4pm start so everyone can chill out after a busy few days, get back from the beach, their long lunches, their afternoon kips and come out for free live music again and watch the sunset!! Hope to see you all there!!

18.01.2022 And to my team - simply THE BEST hospitality team anywhere, you guys know who you are - this can be a thankless task at times, preparing 400 meals a day, making Cocktail Jugs for some entitled people who sometimes don’t deserve them..... my team - day in day out - some have worked since 7am this morning and were still smiling at 1am just now - and back up day after day through this holiday period for everyone else with little to no sleep at times - I just want to acknowledge and thank them as we head into a new year.... they are my rocks!!

07.01.2022 Run to Paradise - right now we live in Paradise!! To be able to do what we did tonight in a controlled safe environment we should be very grateful. Everyone temperature checked, ID checked, QR coded, great local crowd plus a few out of Canberra - to be able to celebrate after the year we have all had was simply a blessing from somewhere!! The best behaved, controlled, appreciative crowd ever for a NYE - thankyou to all who came out and celebrated the end of 2020!!

Please continue to book ahead particularly for tables outside with the forecast of 6 days of sunshine and warm weather. Note we are open pretty much all day every day for food currently. 03.01.2022 As we continue to get busier and busier as a venue, we need to continue to build our team across many departments, being critically aware of the support our region is getting with the huge influx of holiday makers over the past few days and growth we will see in coming months along with the changes in restrictions in Greater Syd, no travel interstate or overseas currently and we are getting a lot of stories where people are coming back to support our region after the cat...astrophic fires from last year etc which is so appreciated. Great problem to have, however my team are working the clock around. For immediate start we require the following short/and/or long term staff for the right people: 1. Qualified chef level 1 to 4 2. RSA/ RCG qualified bar staff available for immediate start 3. Front of house for our bistro, waiters/ waitresses no RSA required. 4. Kitchen hand juniors 15-17 years by 2 or 3 persons. 5. Covid Marshalls x 2 - Checking people in safely RSA critical. 6. Glassies/ runners to assist our bar staff - RSA required.
