24.01.2022 PRACTICE TOMORROW WEDNESDAY 11th NOVEMBER 1pm to 5.30pm $10 per round of 25 targets.... Now restrictions have eased, there is NO need to book your place for practice in advance You can arrive at any time between 1pm-5.30pm and shoot as many rounds of practice as you like. There still can be no more than 5 shooters on each trap. ALL COVID19 RULES still apply: no gathering, face masks required when not shooting, no club room access and social distancing at all times. Metro friends who feel like a drive to sunny Morwell are also now welcome to attend thanks to the ring of steel coming down!

23.01.2022 The very latest COVID-19 information for clubs. With the recent relaxing of restrictions there has been a change to activities for our clubs. These are, genera...lly, beneficial. * Masks no longer have to be worn except when indoors or when social distancing (1.5 metres) cannot be maintained. Masks should be carried at all times. * Club rooms are open but are subject to density quotients (usually 1 person per 4 sq metres) * 6 shooters are permitted on a trap plus scorer and referee * waves of competitors are permitted * Spectators are allowed but social distancing is very important. * Competitors do not have to wait in cars any more but gathering in groups is to be avoided * Avoid sharing of equipment but, if necessary, equipment must be cleaned between users * All other cleaning, social distancing, recording of contact details and hygiene protocols are to be followed. Good luck with your competitions. Enjoy your pre-Christmas celebrations and we will look forward to a fresh start in the New Year.

17.01.2022 PRACTICE IS CLOSED FOR 2020 There will be no Wednesday practice until 6th January 2021! Thanks to everyone who has come along to Wednesday practice during the year, especially since COVID restrictions made practice that little bit more difficult.... Thanks to Tony Murphy for running practice throughout the year, and Ken Balcombe filling in when needed. Without Tony, practice couldn’t run week in, week out!

16.01.2022 PRACTICE DAY TOMORROW Monday 2nd NOVEMBER As we are shooting on Melbourne Cup Day, we thought we would run a practice session tomorrow instead of Wednesday. There will be 2 sessions available... Session 1: 3.30pm - 4.30pm Session 2: 4.30pm - 5.30pm Most shooters will be able to get 3 rounds in the allotted 1 hour session, some may get 4 rounds. Booking must be made online in advance via https://www.trybooking.com/BMIYB and close soon! Please arrive 10 minutes before your session so you are ready to go on at your selected time. To ensure we remain COVIDsafe, all shooters must do their bit: * You must wear a mask at all times when you are not shooting! (Unless you have a medical exemption) * It is very important to always be social distancing (1.5 metres apart) * No spectators allowed * Participants should not be gathering in groups at any time * All hygiene and cleaning protocols must be maintained * When you have finished your designated session, you must pack up and leave (sounds harsh we know, but it’s part of the COVID rules) * Regional Victorians only (sorry Metro friends )

06.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who attended our Christmas shoot today! Our Christmas shoot was run in conjunction with the Russ Kingsley Memorial. Winners of the Russ Kingsley Memorial:... AA & Overall - Lucas Furlan with a perfect score of 90/90 A grade - Walter Furlan 88/90 B grade - Mark Leadoux 83/90 C grade - Greg McCluskey 77/90 Thanks to those that put 110% in at every shoot to make sure it runs smoothly, especially today’s efforts. We couldn’t do it without you! Thanks to Geddes Meats for the hams and meat packs for prizes. If you’re ever in Heyfield pop in and get yourself some quality butcher cuts! Very greatful for Tangled in Tucker bringing the goods with their smoked meats and salads. Delicious as usual! Next time you’re in Morwell, drop in and grab a feed from these guys!
