23.01.2022 COVID-19 Contact Tracing The Western Australian Government has announced that particular businesses and venues, including licensed clubs like ours, will be required to maintain a mandatory contact register of guests and employees from 5 December 2020. Maintaining a contact register is an additional protection measure and one of the most effective ways to control the spread of COVID-19. Contact registration is mandatory from Saturday December 5.... The Government has released the free SafeWA contact register app, which can be used to scan QR codes at Mosman Park Golf Club for fast and simple contact registration. We ask all Members and visitors to read the posters and signage around the Club and for convenience we encourage Members to download the SafeWA app. Further information regarding the SafeWA app and instructions for download can be found here: https://www.wa.gov.au//covid-/covid-19-coronavirus-safewa Data will be stored securely by the Government and only be available by authorised Department of Health contact tracing personnel should COVID-19 tracing be needed. Members and guests who do no wish to use the QR code, you must record your details manually on the paper registry provided at the Bar and Pro Shop. It is the club’s preference for as many patrons as possible to register via the QR code, rather than the handwritten method. Failure to register your details for each and every visit will unfortunately mean you will not be permitted to visit the club. For Members only, if you have an online golf booking your attendance at the Club will be already registered. It is therefore essential that all rounds of golf are booked via the members portal on the website, including all social play. We thank you for your support and understanding.

16.01.2022 With the commencement of the Club Championship qualifying rounds this Saturday (for 7 day members) and Tuesday for the Ladies the final two local temporary rules will be removed. Bunkers Rakes will be returned to each bunker and a preferred lie is no longer available. Please ensure that any divots and footprints made are smoothed appropriately (particularly on any slopes within the bunker) in readiness for the next player. It is the responsibility of all players in the grou...p to ensure that this occurs as given the passage of time, some players may forget to do so. The rakes are to be returned to the Blue T painted mark next to the bunker. A reminder that a General Penalty (2 shots) applies to indiscretions in the bunker and you are encouraged to revisit Rules 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3 accordingly. Flagsticks The foam inserts will be removed and you are now allowed to remove the flagstick from the hole prior to making your putting attempt should you so desire. Rule 13.2 applies. All players are encouraged to use a golf glove or towel when handling either a bunker rake or flagstick.
