25.01.2022 MOSMAN ROWING CLUB - WINTER PROGRAM MAY AUGUST 2017 Are you a school rower in Years 10, 11 or 12 and keen to improve your technique, fitness and enjoy the sport? Mosman Rowing Club runs Winter Programs for over 6 years and has a successful track record in developing girls and boys to the next level.... We offer great training conditions, on and off the water supported by a world class coaching team The program includes a BBQ at the MRC Pearl Bay Boatshed and a MRC rowing zootie. We have a maximum of 18 positions for boys and 18 positions for girls. The participation will be subject to selection criteria. 06.01.2022 Are you interested in a high performance Winter Rowing Program? This year we will select a small group of rowers (max 16), who will have the opportunity to improve technique in both sculling and sweep. The program will run from early May to early September. We will introduce a selection period, where rowers will undergo a strength and endurance test as well as technical capability. We will communicate the exact date, which will be in early April....
