21.01.2022 Mosman Sports Clinic and Eastern Bloc soft tissue clinic did good job at Balmoral Burn. We helped to raise money for Humpty Dumpty foundation. We did ART treatments just for donation. Well done to everyone who participated.

20.01.2022 Do you know what is tennis elbow? It can be just short of your wrist extensors or it can be tear in your wrist extensors. Keep stretching your forearms otherwise you can end up with tear. very common for office workers, beautician, scientist, heavy tools worker.

20.01.2022 First day at Ironman Cairns. Mosman sports clinic and Eastern bloc soft tissue clinic got opportunity to work with the best athletes at Cairns Ironman. It looks like every Ironman has a trouble with calf muscles. We did ART treatmens for 30 Ironman participants in 3 hours.
