18.01.2022 Another good night of hockey with some wins, some draws and some losses - but heaps of smiling kids. Three notable mentions are Aleesha Nila for her hat-trick in a gutsy 3-2 win for the U15B, Kirra Budd saving a stroke in U15A and the awesome U15C trio who followed their 1-0 win by playing for the short staffed U17A. Good luck to the little people tomorrow morning!

15.01.2022 Indoor hockey is back! A warm welcome to Manly Junior Hockey Club and Gordon North Sydney Hockey Club who have joined the Friday comp. There were some great games this week. The stand out players on Friday night were the goalkeepers Tash, Kirra, Felix and Evie who were all awesome.

14.01.2022 Well done to the mighty little U13B team. I have coached these girls twice this season, and it was a privilege to coach them again this evening. Awesome kids. Showed ticker, grit and a fight to the final whistle in the game tonight. Fantastic effort girls. Well done.

13.01.2022 Former Mosman Players Riana and Sorita Pho won the Lower North Island Premiership playing for Wellington Girls College recently. Their team played some extremely good hockey. It’s nice to see them do so well.

13.01.2022 Well done to all the U9-U17 turf teams who excelled in 2020. MJHC has been awarded the most improved award for the second consecutive year, having won it for the first time in 2019.

12.01.2022 Last day of Boomerang hockey for 2020 today. We made a lot of new friends and had a lot of fun. Thank you to the volunteers that made it all happen, especially the teenagers who have been wonderful role models.... 12.01.2022 A shout out to our wonderful MJHC coach, Martin Bish Bishop. He coaches here, he coaches there, he coaches absolutely everywhere. He coached two teams up at the Central Coach Hockey Association Masters carnival over the weekend. He coaches with fun, commitment and team spirit. We are very fortunate to have a person like Bish involved with our club. Thank you Central Coast Hockey for organising a great carnival. So much fun to be able to take pitch again after what has been ...an unusual 2020. Yours in hockey.......
