24.01.2022 After a long hiatus, the Sunday 5pm session is back on the timetable. A weekly time out to enjoy a big exhale, dial back the mental chatter and re-establish internal balance through a slow and focused practice. We are following current health guidelines which means you'll need to BYO all your own equipment and make a booking in advance. While we are doing social distancing at home I’ve added some new evening Classes starting next week: Tuesday’s 7.30pm guided meditation or Thursday’s 7.30pm for restore & replenish. Drop out some tension and soothe your nervous system, preparing for better quality sleep. Extra morning class of seasonal Ki yoga on Saturdays 8am. All live-streamed via Zoom.
