Lots of people refuse to have 'imperfect' food, but it's still edible, so let's not waste it! Foodbank Australia is Australia’s largest food relief organisation. They provide more than 70% of the food rescued for food relief organisations nation-wide. It’s not just wonky food they receive though. What kind of food is saved? surplus not to specification incorrectly labelled rejected from wholesalers rejected from retailers close to expiry damaged packaging Where does the food come from?
