We practice a wide range of skills that are required when supervising the pools and keeping you safe. You may have seen the team using ‘Timmy’ to assist in identifying problem areas with our line of sight in the pools and how we overcome this. We will be using ‘Timmy’ over the coming weeks for lifeguard evaluations. If you see ‘Timmy’ in the pool please do not be alarmed or move him.

11.01.2022 We are to happy to announce that the Moss Vale Amateur Swimming Club is returning on Friday the 16th of October! The MVAC team and MVASC team have been working together to ensure all aspects are Covid-safe and both teams are excited to have the kids racing in the pool every Friday night from 6pm. The Bluefit Swimming and squad programs taught at MVAC tie in exceptionally well with the Swimming Club allowing the kids of all ages to put their skills and techniques into practice in a competitive setting. If you are interested in enrolling into squad or swimming lesson, signing up to the swimming club or for further information please see the friendly staff on reception.

01.01.2022 Superhero Safety Week starts Monday 16th November! Safety Week is upon us, and this year BlueFit Swimming are asking students to come dressed up as their favourite Superhero! This week is an important initiative that takes place during your regular swimming lessons. Within the lesson there will be a focus on water safety skills such as floating, survival sequences, treading water, survival strokes and basic rescue techniques ... We will also be giving out prizes for the best-dressed students! We look forward to seeing our little superheroes!
