17.01.2022 Exciting News! I had confirmation yesterday that council have approved a Pop Up Mother Bean Drive Through. I will be setting up at the Spring Gully Soccer Club Car Park on Spring Gully Road from 8am onwards on Saturday and Sunday morning. (probably finish at 11am or 12ish) Feel free to text your order to me on 0422 435 630 with an approx. pick up time.... Rest assured all hygiene practices will be thoroughly adhered to. EFTPOS will be available (and encouraged). No keep cups please. (My cups are recycleable) Please tell your neighbours, tell your friends, and come and support your local community business. ALL our drinks are always made with love, and we are so happy to be able to provide our much loved community members with some positive vibes (and COFFEE) in this scary, unsettling environment. (Smiles will continue, hugs are on hold for now.) https://kitchen.nine.com.au//4f652a16-542a-4e66-8b84-302a9 See more

17.01.2022 Pop Up Update. I know some of you are aware that I had found a council compliant, extremely welcoming, privately owned property to facilitate our pop up drive through for this weekend. However, because of the latest Stage 3 restrictions imposed this week, I have decided to stay home. I don't want to put my family at risk, I don't want to put my friends at risk, and I don't want to put my community at risk. I hope you all understand and are all doing your best to keep yourselves safe. Much love from the Mother Bean family. (virtual XO)

08.01.2022 Bad news! Despite the majority of Bendigo businesses getting behind each other and supporting each other in these uncertain times.....it seems that a Spring Gully business has made a complaint to council about our Pop Up Drive Through and as a consequence, I have been informed by the council that I am not allowed to go ahead.... So....this weekend's Pop Up Drive Through has been cancelled. To say we are devastated is an understatement. To those who know us, you know how much we love making you coffee and being a part of this community. We are sole traders who have lost all of our income for the foreseeable future, as many of us have. We were trying to think outside the box and give our beautiful friends and community some joy and convenience in this challenging time. Thank you to those of you who showed enthusiasm for our venture and have supported us so far. Tough times don't last. Tough people do.
