Sometimes it is daunting when there is no bread and wraps for school lunches but this week we opted for: Black rice, sautéed vegetables with chilli coconut aminos and fresh basil, mint and coriander herbs... black rice nori wraps with carrot and capsicum with raw green beans and snow peas. 23.01.2022 Homemade Tartar Sauce with American Ranch Dressing. This blend has NO salt and combines only organic parsley, onion powder, basil, dill plus black pepper and garlic powder. I made the tartar dressing with coconut yogurt, lemon juice and 2 tsp of American Ranch dressing. ... You can also mix this blend with mayonnaise or sour cream.

02.01.2022 SPOT THE POTATOES! Less is best...simple dinners.... stuffed potatoes with a mixed leafy greens/cabbage salad. I had run out of coconut yogurt which I usually mix with some lemon juice, mustard seed chilli mustard and cracked pepper....but if you add a dollop of this dressing on the top...it is finger licking good!

02.01.2022 I have found that since I have been doing deeper cleansing and detoxing....stripping down, detoxing, rebuilding, rebalancing and nourishing within my body my CRAVINGS have dissipated considerably and I can enjoy much lighter and brighter foods leaving me feeling well nourished and satisfied. My so called 'sweeter treats' these days would be a little bowl of coconut yogurt with fresh fruits, fruit smoothie as a sweetener and my homemade pumpkin spice as a sprinkle topping H...OMEMADE PUMPKIN SPICE Combines organic ingredients of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, All spice and cloves.
