21.01.2022 SUPPLIER SPOTLIGHT * Gingin Guinea Grove Biodynamic Olive Oil * This beautiful family owned brand produce certified biodynamic property olive oils 150km north of Perth. Their farm features 100+ guinea fowl, free-roaming amongst the 3000 olive trees, to help reduce pests and weeds and further enrich the soil (in addition to the biodynamic care that the family put into the soil). Their oils really are beautiful (and deservedly award-winning). 18.01.2022 SMALL METALS WASTE COLLECTION On site, we opt to separate our waste into 5 different streams of collection - paper and cardboard, recyclables, organics, soft plastics and small metals. This last one is to help prevent metal items smaller than 5cm from getting missed in the recycling process - pieces this size are too small for the magnets to pick up, so they generally end up filtering through to landfill. By collecting them in a larger metal container (in our case, an aluminium tin), then closing off the top before placing into the recycling bin, the whole unit can now be captured during the recycling sorting process. Easy to do at home too - Heath and I keep a tin under our sink and pop small pieces of foil, metal tops and the like in there until full

Our warmest and sincerest of thanks to everyone who joined us over our launch weekend....what an absolutely incredible few days it's been, far exceeding every expectation we could've hoped for. We've been thoroughly overwhelmed and humbled by the reception, feedback and outpouring of love. Thank you It's felt like the most significant end to the wild journey of the last 4 months and the biggest outward sigh of relief, joy, gratitude...So again, thank you, for embracing Mother and this new era with such love and positivity and open arms.
