Here you can see it is at 45 degrees. make sure the formula fills the neck of the bottle to avoid air coming through...... Why this is important? helpful to avoid ear infections (liquid can get in the middle ear when babies are lying down). no air coming through, baby has good control and finds his/her own rhythm, baby can disengage when he/she had enough.
