13.01.2022 Seeking expressions of interest for an adults Martial Arts class in Braidwood. It would be in the same vein as MNA kids "Ninja" classes which incorporate striking and combat arts, self defence, natural movement, gymnastics, fitness and health principles. Classes could run during the day or after work hours, depending what interests people. ... No need to have previous experience AND previous experience welcome. For both men and women. I'm asking because I've had some people approach me, asking for this class, but it will only run if we can find minimum 6 people aged 14+ Feel free to DM or call for more info.
