21.01.2022 Handstand Workshop! Our amazing Benji will be running a 2 hour handstand workshop this coming Saturday from 10am, till 12pm. Want to refine your skills? Or want to start from scratch? This is for all abilities! The workshop will be $10 for members and $20 for all non-members. 11.01.2022 We are so proud of our awesome member Helen, who last week hiked for 6 days and conquered 100km in Tasmania from Cradle Mountain to Lake St Clair. The terrain is rugged and remote. The tracks may be long, rough and steep. Over the trip Helen walked along boardwalks, up and down steps, through overgrown forests and through muddy sections It was a challenge that’s for sure, but well worth the blisters and sweat.. to see the most amazing scenic landscape. After training with us and going on walks with the weight vest on, it’s all paid off! We couldn’t be prouder of members who go out and do things like this!

To everyone who participated, you should be really proud of yourself - we sure are. We’ve decided that there had to be two winners, their commitment + creativity was nothing short of awesome.
