07.01.2022 I would highly recommend Karita to anyone considering a coach but not really sure if it is for them or not. I was one of those people; knowing I really needed a... change but skeptical as to how on earth someone else would be able to help me work out what that was when I didn't know myself. The problem was I had gotten to the point where I just didn't know which direction to go in, and was just going round in very frustrating circles. I was in a complete fog, not feeling fulfilled in my career anymore and wanting to change, but with no idea of what I wanted to do instead. So I decided to get in touch with Karita and the rest is history! She has helped me get to the bottom of a lot of issues that were holding me back and helped me to really understand myself.
