19.01.2022 Such an easy healthy and cheap meal. Lovely legs (no fat) vegetables. I roast everything including lemon and pour juice over when served. Theres garlic in there somewhere ! Yummo. Only takes 45 mins

16.01.2022 Salmon fish cakes served with Greek yoghurt sweet chilli sauce tonight. Delicious. Baked the salmon and flaked. Cooked onion and capsicum added to salmon with cup Panko breadcrumbs and 2 eggs and parsley. That simple. Oh and seasoning of course

16.01.2022 NO EXCUSES right ?? And I’ve made plenty lately. But it’s all gonna change. It’s been a ... rough year for me injury wise. Beginning of the year I injure my knee real bad doing something that I love but my body didn’t, CrossFit. That took about 2 months. In the meantime I go and tackle mountains on my MTB and do my knee so bad I can’t even ride my bike. Depression hits. That was about 6 weeks. Then I go hill training on my MTB and get hit by a friggin car. (Think I killed a... China man in past life) Can’t ride for another 2 weeks. Bike a mess and landed on my bad knee ! Then when I finally get back in the saddle I break my wrist doing what I love - going flat out on my MTB . Still have 2 weeks to go. (Total cast 6 weeks) Despite all this I’m working around my injuries. It has been tough. Mojo almost gone. I’m over carrying an extra 3 kgs. I’m as unfit as hell. But I’m going to start all over again. Baby steps. No more EXCUSES See more

14.01.2022 Im all about healthy without being super super strict ! Sauerkraut and just small amount diced bacon with garlic and olive oil for the veggies - zucchini- beans - broccoli. Pork with pesto. Delicious and simple. 10 mins all done
