22.01.2022 Happy New Year guys!!! I've been on holidays and enjoyed a well earned break from IT so thought I had better jump on and say welcome to 2016, I hope it's an awesome year for you. We start back in the Studio on Monday with our reduced holiday timetable for group fitness kicking off at 5.30pm Monday. Beat the heat at 6am Tuesday, 9.30am Wednesday, 5.30pm Thursday & 9.30am Friday. Or book yourself into a PT, we have some times available & can help you achieve those fitness goals!!

22.01.2022 Not long now folks & 2015 will be done & dusted. We have just a couple of session for the year to go.... Circuits at 5.30pm tonight & 6am Tuesday morning & Pilates 5.45pm Tuesday.

17.01.2022 PILATES- have you tried it? Already have & love it? I'm a sprinter so love high intensity exercise but I'm now also loving my Pilates. Strength, Core, Stretch... We are currently running 3 classes each week. Monday 11.30am, Tuesday 5.45pm & Thursday 6.30pm. You need to book to secure your spot. You can also book yourself in for a PT Pilates if you'd prefer at a time that suits. Call Narelle 0409017323 or Julie 0427973190.

15.01.2022 It's the School holidays, yippee!! May the sunshine down upon us!! So we have a reduced time table for the next 2 weeks. Monday 11.30 Pilates 5.30pm circuit, Tues 6am boxing, 5.45 Pilates, Wednesday 9.30 circuit, Thursday 4.15 Pilates, 5.30 circuit, 6.30 Pilates. Friday 6am circuit, 9.30 circuit. Seniors 10.30am Monday & Friday.

13.01.2022 Wow it's raining!! Very welcome rain I might add.... Lucky we have a great indoor training venue and there is a session on at 5.30 tonight.... Yes we are back from holidays, no excuses!!!

06.01.2022 Monday 1st of February brings a new start to Motive Fitness. Joel will be up and running in the studio as Endeavour Health & Fitness. Group Training timetable remains the same so yes there is a session at 9.30am & 5.30pm. I will be there in the morning so come on in and kick start the week with a great session!!
