25.01.2022 IRON ABSORPTION You may be consuming all sorts of greens, beans, or nuts/seeds to keep those iron levels at a balance but what if you arent actually absorbing the iron in your system? A simple tip to a dish of greens is to add some freshly squeezed lemon for its vitamin-C content to enhance iron absorption- especially in plant sources! (=non heme iron)... All you need is a blender, cacao powder, some nuts & seeds, dates or honey (for a sweet tooth) then add in some coconut oil and voilaEasy done! If the mixture doesnt stick well- add some drops of water for consistency. For the outer layer, be creative! Roll the balls in some shredded coconut, chia seeds, cacao powder or some blended goji berries. You can actually do wonders with such limited time! Keep in the freezer or fridge for a cheeky treat!

12.01.2022 1x almond latte over here plz Personally, I do limit myself to 1-2 coffees per week so that I dont over stimulate my body, as I am quite sensitive to caffeine and literally only drink it for the taste and the social side! Caffeine actually drains me and makes me super tired by the end of the day, but most people that I know cant go a day without it! ... There are many mixed reviews on the pros/cons of caffeine consumption (which Ill be explaining to you soon!) But lets keep it all about the love of coffee on this fine Friday morn... 10.01.2022 Im feeling all signs of congestion, headache and low appetite today from fighting this nasty cold, so this was my small, simple & satisfying lunch! Ideally, we want to be as proactive and preventative with our health as possible, but sometimes it hits us when we least expect it! 09.01.2022 My obsession on this 2 degree morning! A Hot Cacao Choc Stir it all up on the stove so that it goes all frothy and bubbly and you have yourself a hot cup of deliciousness!... Recipe for two- Because, well, you may need to share! 2-3 tsp of raw cacao powder 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder 1 tsp of honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar/ whats yo fav? 1 tsp of Macca powder (optional) because who doesnt like a vitality hit! 375ml of your preferred milk (coconut and almond milk are my two favs)

Dairy free, Gluten free, Vegan friendly Chocolate crackle bars for the win Ingredients and amounts always vary with my treat testers but here is an estimated recipe for you to try! All ingredients are available at The Bridge Of Health !... 3 tblsp cacao powder 2 tblsp coconut sugar 1 cup @lovingearth Caramelised buckinis 1 cup shredded or desiccated coconut 1/2 cup coconut oil 1 tblsp rice malt syrup Add all ingredients to a low heat saucepan and stir until melted consistency. Add extra coconut oil for consistency if necessary. Remove from heat and pour into an ice-cube tray or container. Freeze for 40 minutes and break into bite size pieces, store in either the fridge or freezer!

Instead, try adding some coloured sauté vegetables & quinoa to your dish to top it off and completely satisfy you! For this self-made butter chicken I have used coconut milk, ginger, cardamon, onion, paprika, cumin, masala spice and pink rock salt. Absolutely 0 additives, preservatives, sugar, gluten, dairy or soy... Left overs are the best!
