22.01.2022 Kashima and DLC done on these WP forks with Ohlins cartridges. They cane in with a clunky at top out issue. On disassemble we found the top cartridge chamber had unscrewed front the lower damper rod tube. Once we fixed the issue, serviced it all up with genuine WP seals she’s better then new. 17.01.2022 Build finish for @sam_jagger110 nice too see something other then a 2stroke build for a change. On this big girl we cerakoted numerous parts in burnt bronze and tungsten grey while doing the masters with replaceable sight glasses. We also kashima coated the fork tubes and shock body, TiN coated the shock shaft and supplied Sam with a kyb factory triple adjuster and Ti hardware. 11.01.2022 These tattered old Kxf forks are probably the worse we have seen here, once we polished them back and prepped them ready for anodising they came up unreal. If your forks looks like this, it doesn’t mean there a throw away, we can linish them back with out effecting the oem tolerance around the clamps while making them look fresh and clean. 09.01.2022 Cool little project that @luczak101 let me get loose on. This shock originally came from a RM250, however this is for the KX125 of Roxanne. We have given her the full @moto_kote treatment plus more with kashima coating the body, TiNo2 coating the shaft turquoise, internally modified to suit the changes needed to suit Roxanne, revalved to suit his riding ability, sprung with a Ti spring for his weight, custom ano from @pro_finish_ , retro fitted @xtrig preload andjuster with... our factory line low friction piston bands and SKF seal head. This bike was was the bike @ajcatanzaro raced to a podium finish on at @redbullstraightrhythm which is huge achievement. Always cool doing stuff for guys overseas that have put there trust in us to provide such a large service from the other side of the world. 03.01.2022 @315hilly got himself a pair of unicorn forks all finished off this week. These replicate the A kit fork colouring of the factory HRC team bikes for this season and I must say, they are the cleanest colour pairing Ive had the please of being able to make.
