09.01.2022 New Learner Permit and Licence test VicRoads has been working with the motorcycle community and road safety experts on a new Graduated Licensing System for motorcyclists in Victoria. Stage 1 was introduced 1 October 2014 Stage 2 due late 2015 a new pre-learner training curriculum which will be required to be undertaken by all learner applicants... new on-road learner test an assessment of capabilities as learners gain experience new on-road licence test.
