25.01.2022 The Trials SA Community came together on Saturday night for their Presentation evening, with the awarding of the podiums for TROY Series SA and the SA Trial Championships, as well as the annual Trials SA Special Awards - which were awarded to; The 2020 Laurie Hill Trophy (The Most Improved Rider in South Australia) - Carl Henschke (Trial 4 SA Champion as a junior) The 2020 Sports Manager's Award - the whole Trials SA Community - for all working together for the good of the sp...ort - and specifically in restarting the sport after the COVID-19 shutdown and running a full season, with thanks to the members from the Juventus, AJS, Keyneton, Gawler and Velocette Clubs, as well as Team Hogan. 2020 Trials SA Event of the Year - The Woolshed Trial at Mungeree (Team Hogan & AJS - for the 8th straight year in the 8 years of the award), =2nd were the 2020 SA Trial Championships (Juventus) and The Max Graetz Trial (Gawler). 2020 Trials SA Rookie of the Year - Sam O'Donoghue (started in trial 4 and ended the season in Trial 3 - a great effort by a rookie). 22.01.2022 FOLLOWING ON FROM THE MA NATIONAL CALENDAR - THE 2021 MOTORCYCLING SA CALENDAR OF EVENTS HAS BEEN RELEASED! While COVID-19 played havoc with season 2020 and a lot of what was planned to happen on the 2020 calendar, it hasn’t stopped MSA, along with great help from the Sports Managers, the Clubs and promoters putting together a huge 2021 Events Calendar which isn’t finished by any stretch of the imagination as there are still dates to be added for a couple of disciplines (Dirt Track, Enduro and Quads/Sidecarcross), as well as rounds and venues allocated for the 2021 SA Motocross Championship. https://www.motorcyclingsa.org.au/2021-motorcycling-sa-cal/
