25.01.2022 Bondioli and Pavesi Agricultural Gearbox overhaul. Input and Output shafts replaced along with bearings and seals. Input shaft has been upgraded to a larger size to improve reliability of the gearbox. With this change the end user hasn’t had the issue of failures during their busy harvesting season. This is the 7th unit we have overhauled and modified for them over the past few years.

22.01.2022 75kw (100Hp) Techtop Irrigation Electric Motor and 75mm Shaft Brevini Planetary Gearbox with 4Kw WEG Brake Motor fitted heading out the door today to some happy clients.

08.01.2022 Here we have an SEW-EURODRIVE X-Series Size 150 Gearbox arriving into our Devonport store today for a Mining Application. This unit is 55kw Input, has a 120mm Output Shaft c/w Auxiliary Drive for when Maintenance is required on the driven equipment.

05.01.2022 Nick has been busy on the tools today Assembling these units in our workshop. Here we have some Varvel Worm Gearboxes and a Varvel Helical Gearbox fitted with Techtop Electric Motors. Also we have a Bonfiglioli 45mm Hollow Bore Helical Gearbox fitted with an IP66 Powdercoated Techtop Electric Motor.
