14.01.2022 I’m going to be starting to delve into supplying wort, which is unfermented beer. I’m not licensed to sell beer. I plan on providing approximately 20 l of wort produced by all grain craft brewing. It will come in a sterilised plastic drum, with wort, yeast, hops (if needed) and instructions. All you’ll need to do is ferment, bottle, mature and drink. I can produce almost any style, but if you are after something fairly quick and easy, I recommend an ale of some sort. Lagers ...and strong Belgian ales can take weeks on your part to ferment, and age. I’m looking at expressions of interest, so I can work with you to make something to your taste, and strength for you, and make sure you’re kitted up to ferment successfully. Looking at around $50 - $70 for a brew. It’ll make 20 L of craft beer, usually retailing at $50 plus a carton. I also have been learning the art of malting grains, and will have a selection of hand malted, single variety boutique malt for sale in small quantities. Contact me for more details.
